Job Summary

Overview

Change Grow Live Kirklees is looking for a motivated innovative and values-driven Project Manager for approx 6 months to drive key areas of our service supporting people experiencing drug and/or alcohol issues on their recovery journey. This is an exciting opportunity to lead key workstreams within a high-performing service and make a real difference to the lives of people across Kirklees.

This is a 6-month secondment opportunity covering a period during which our existing Project Manager will be working on a national Change Grow Live project.

Location: Kirklees (based in Dewsbury or Huddersfield)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed term contract of 6-month (welcome Internal Secondment)

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

As Project Manager you will provide leadership supervision and performance management to a dedicated multidisciplinary team including line management of 5 Team Leaders ensuring services are accessible effective and aligned with contractual and quality requirements. Youll champion innovation service improvement partnership working and meaningful service user involvement ensuring the voices of people accessing our services help shape and develop the support we provide.

Working as part of a skilled and experienced Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will join our existing Project Managers who lead on Alcohol and MAT/Criminal Justice as well as our Senior Social Worker Lead Nurse Workforce Development Lead Quality Lead Clinical Lead and Regional Lead Consultant Psychiatrist providing a wealth of expertise leadership and peer support.
