Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a groundwork and RC frame projects across West Sussex. You will take overall responsibility for programme cost quality and safety across your projects leading the site management team and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Overall responsibility for safe on-programme and on-budget delivery of projects
• Leading the site management team including engineers foremen and site managers
• Maintaining and developing strong client and consultant relationships
• Chairing progress meetings and reporting to the board on project performance
• Managing sub-contractors labour and plant resources to programme
• Commercial awareness supporting the QS team with variations valuations and cost control
• Ensuring all health safety and quality requirements are met across the project
• Completion of IT induction and training programme within the first 13 months

• CITB 5-Day SMSTS or equivalent
• First Aid at Work Certification
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on groundwork / RC frame projects
• Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
• Reliable punctual and able to work well with all stakeholders
• Right to work in the UK

• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Experience managing projects 5m
