Location: Swindon/London (Hybrid)

Salary: 40000 to 55000 Bonus

Your Role

In this key position you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact leveraging your excellent communication skills in French and English to engage clients effectively.

• Lead implementation of client changes from initial requirements gathering through product acceptance and rollout.

• Manage multiple parallel work streams including IT and related activities ensuring seamless coordination.

• Introduce change management processes focused on minimizing impact to ongoing client services and mitigating risks.

• Negotiate client objectives and scope adjustments to meet agreed timelines and phased delivery plans.

• Oversee project delivery across internal teams third-party partners suppliers and clientsidentifying and resolving delays and obstacles.

• Conduct detailed planning estimate efforts and provide clear status reporting both internally and to clients.

• Support and inspire your colleagues fostering a positive collaborative team environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven technical delivery experience managing complex projects.

• Full professional fluency in both French and English with strong written and verbal communication.

• Comfort working within technology-focused environments and solving client business challenges.

• A results-oriented mindset: self-motivated persistent and able to work independently to achieve objectives.

• A positive enthusiastic and resilient attitude with strong ownership and accountability.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
