Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Digital Health Solutions Project Manager to join our UKI this role you will lead complex digital health projects ensuring successful delivery while driving continuous improvements in processes tools and training.

You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to customers contributing directly to commercial success customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver complex digital health projects from initiation to completion ensuring key milestones and objectives are met
  • Drive improvements standardisation and efficiency across project management processes tools and training
  • Manage project governance ensuring best practice and compliance are consistently applied
  • Develop and execute robust project plans aligned with business and customer needs
  • Oversee resource planning installation and go-live activities
  • Build strong relationships and provide leadership to cross-functional teams including customer and third-party stakeholders
  • Support key account implementations and major customer requirements
  • Facilitate governance meetings and stakeholder forums internally and externally
  • Contribute to improving win rates retention and operational performance metrics

What Youll Bring

Experience

  • Proven experience in project/program management within the digital health or diagnostics industry
  • Track record of delivering highly complex projects successfully
  • Experience using formal project management methodologies

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) required
  • Degree in Business Administration Marketing or similar preferred
  • Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2 Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are highly desirable

  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation
