What ourProject Managersdo

Reporting to theSenior Program Managerand with a clear progression path this role is accountable for theend-to-enddelivery of multi-site Research Study and New Product Introduction(NPI)projects ensuring that the project delivers the expected outcomes.

Often managing multiple projects simultaneously you willtake ownership of project delivery defining andmaintainingrobustproject delivery plansthat include scope schedule resources dependenciesand associated costsalignedto theagreed addition to thisyouwill manage all changesrisksand issuestoensuredelivery withintheagreed boundariesofspecification qualitytimeandcost.

We are looking for someone withcommercial acumen and a strong delivery mindset who can influence at all levels build trusted relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders andclearly communicate complex technical or business topics in a simplestructured way. You are comfortable working to tight deadlinesmaintainingfocus and momentum while balancing competing priorities.

Essential

• A degree or equivalent in Mathematics Physics Electronics Engineering or a relevant discipline
• A proventrack recordof successful management and delivery ofmultipleconcurrent high valuehigh impact projects(with project budgets exceeding $1M)
• A strong understanding of risk management change management resource planning and budget management including CAPEX and product costcontrol
• Experience of managing diverse cross-functionalproject teamsin a matrixed organisation

Beneficial
