As a Project Leader- New Model Quality youll play a critical role in shaping the quality of Aston Martins future vehicles working from concept through to launch to ensure quality is built in from the very beginning.

Working across Product Creation Engineering Manufacturing Procurement and Launch teams youll champion quality throughout the development process ensuring programme objectives are achieved while never losing sight of the customer experience.

Youll lead quality planning activities drive key deliverables monitor programme readiness and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders across the business including executive leadership. Youll be responsible for translating programme objectives into actionable plans managing quality KPIs and ensuring lessons learned are embedded into future vehicle designs.
