The Role
As Project Director - Quantity Surveying you will take full ownership of a key service line leading and developing a high-performing commercial team.
You will:
Lead delivery and client advisory services across multiple complex programmes
Operate at programme level on nationally significant high-profile projects
Provide strategic commercial leadership across NEC3/NEC4 and JCT contracts including governance change control and risk management
Oversee procurement contract administration and financial reporting to ensure successful programme outcomes
Lead mentor and develop high-performing teams fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong client relationships across sensitive and complex stakeholder environments
Play a key role in shaping the growth and direction of the commercial function
About You
Proven experience at Associate / Project Director level within a consultancy environment
Strong track record delivering large-scale projects (50m) ideally within public sector or complex mixed-use schemes
Experience working on high-security or blue light environments is highly desirable
In-depth knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 and/or JCT contract administration
Commercially astute with excellent technical Quantity Surveying expertise
MRICS qualified (or equivalent)
Strong leadership mentoring and stakeholder management skills
Ambitious with a desire to progress into a senior leadership/director-level role
