As a Project Coordinator Communities within our Public Health and Communities Directorate youll play a vital role in supporting projects that improve health wellbeing and resilience for local residents. Youll work collaboratively across teams and with partners helping to deliver work that really makes an impact.

Your role and responsibilities

No two days will be the same in this role. Youll support the planning coordination and delivery of projects across the Public Health and Communities directorate working closely with colleagues partners and stakeholders across the Suffolk system.

  • Support and coordinate projects that contribute to Public Health and Communities priorities.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners including district and borough councils health partners and the voluntary sector.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to help develop deliver and evaluate system-wide projects.
  • Collate analyse and present data and information to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Prepare written reports and present information to a range of audiences.
  • Ensure equality diversity inclusion information governance and data protection requirements are met.
  • Identify risks and support the development of mitigation actions.
  • Work flexibly across functions to respond to changing priorities and emerging issues.
