Job Summary
- Co-ordination of FP1 related materials including the management of documents on the SharePoint site;
- Planning and arranging various workshops sessions / meetings recording of said workshops outputs and meeting notes;
- Managing and tracking of all queries decisions and responses relating to FP1 planning activities within the TA but when engaging with other NR directorates
- Maintaining continuity of thought and data throughout the process as things change - including version tracking.
- Management of the plan and adhering to tight deadlines the ensure the correct information is collated in good time.
- Competence in managing financial information for planning purposes
- Comfortable working under direction to engage a wide group of stakeholders regularly with pressing demands
