How You Will Make an Impact

• Master the Schedule: Build and maintain 6-to-12-week forward plans translating project deployment targets into seamless shift schedules for field-based Implementation Leads.
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Persistently liaise with client stakeholders via phone email and in-person to secure shift bookings remove delivery blockers and keep operations running smoothly.
• Optimize Resources: Adapt dynamically to project changes reallocating field talent managing shift cancellations and balancing work schedules to target an 80% utilization rate.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Keep equipment distribution schedules accurate oversee training sign-offs and maintain data integrity across all internal delivery systems.
• Analyze & Report: Track team performance log shift variations and provide insightful weekly utilization reports to Project Managers

• Scheduling & Logistics Talent: Proven background in resource planning field service dispatch workforce scheduling or project coordination.
