We are now looking for a Programme Planner to play a key role in building confidence in delivery through robust integrated programme planning.
The Role
As a Programme Planner you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality integrated programme schedules that provide a single reliable view of delivery progress.
You will use evidence-based planning techniques to ensure clarity across milestones dependencies risks and overall programme confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated programme and project schedules using DXC standard planning tools
- Align milestones and deliverables with contractual commitments across the programme
- Monitor progress and produce insightful reporting dashboards and schedule analysis
- Manage baselines stage gates and change control in line with governance standards
- Facilitate planning workshops and collaborate closely with delivery teams PMO and senior stakeholders
- Identify and manage schedule risks issues and cross-workstream dependencies
- Continuously improve planning processes tooling and reporting capability
What Youll Bring
- Experience in programme or portfolio planning within complex multi-project environments
- Strong capability with planning and reporting tools (e.g. MS Project Jira PowerBI Excel)
- Knowledge of programme and project methodologies such as MSP PRINCE2 and Agile
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across teams
Desirable Skills
- Professional project or programme management certifications
- Experience working within enterprise PMO environments
- Exposure to automated reporting solutions
- Familiarity with Agile planning techniques
