About Downing International Programme
The Downing College International Programme was originally established in 1998 and offered only to our University Partners overseas. With the initiative of expanding the Programme offering to International Students aged 15-17 the International Programme became one of the College Endorsed Summer Programmes within the Cambridge University academic community.
The Programme is split into the following sub-Programmes:
- Exploratory Summer Programme (15-17)
- Specialist Summer Programme (15-17)
- Exploratory Winter Programme (15-17)
The Exploratory Winter Programme will run from 8th January to 23rd January 2027.
During the Programme students will engage in a variety of academic activities such as lectures and workshops. Students will also enjoy a vibrant social calendar featuring quintessential Cambridge and British experiences such as a formal dinner punting and a historical and political tour of London.
With cross-disciplinary learning and empowerment at the core of the Downing College International Programmes we are driven to ensure that students have the best experience that can be offered.
