We are looking for:

A Production Operator / Resin Mix Operator (gn) to be part of a flexible team working a designated shift pattern to produce high-performance composite materials used extensively throughout the aerospace industry. You are expected to work safely and meet all production and quality requirements in line with the high standards set by a leading company in the aerospace sector.

Key responsibilities:

To support the operation of production to ensure processes are within the standard operating procedures and that material is produced to the correct quality quantity and timescale to meet the customer requirements

To work in a safe manner in adherence with company policies

To maintain housekeeping standards meeting todays Aerospace Standards

To participate in any company initiatives

You will bring:

Experience in a manufacturing environment and of working shifts

Basic Safety Related work based training

Strong commitment to all aspects of workplace safety

Good Communication Skills

Knowledge of SAP (preferred)

Comfortable with Software based processes

Willingness to Develop in a Challenging Role
