What youll be doing

As a Production Operator youll play an important role in making sure our products are produced safely efficiently and consistently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating production and packing machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring machine performance and product quality
• Carrying out basic machine checks and adjustments
• Following food safety hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
• Recording production data accurately
• Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
• Keeping your work area clean safe and tid

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is important and food production experience would be a real advantage. Youll also need:

• An eye for detail to carry out quality checks and make sure every product meets our high standards
• Practical skills to operate and adjust machinery safely and effectively
• Reliability we work as a team and depend on each other to keep production running smoothly
• Adaptability things can change quickly on a production line so being able to stay calm think on your feet and solve problems is important
