Production Operative (Twilight)

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on Twilight Shiftto join our growing team.

Location: Blenheim Road Ashbourne DE6 1HA
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 16.45 01:15
Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and packing raw product in a chilled environment in line with customer specifications
• Meeting KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency
• Completing training within the first 13 weeks of employment
• Maintaining high standards of speed quality attitude and attendance
• Following all Health & Safety and animal welfare policies
• Attending and applying learning from training (e.g. Basic Food Hygiene)

What You Will Need:

• Previous experience working in a cold fast-paced environment is essential
• Basic understanding of English
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to support different areas as required by the business
