Job Summary
At Gymsharkour Production team plays a vital role in ensuring our products move seamlessly from concept to customer. Were looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Production Executive to help drive critical path management strengthen supplier relationships and support on-time delivery across our global supply chain.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with production or manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data systems and cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Managing Purchase Orders and ensuring vendor orders are issued within agreed SLAs.
- Owning and maintaining critical paths to ensure production timelines and delivery deadlines are met.
- Building strong relationships with vendors and leading regular production review meetings.
- Providing timely production updates to stakeholders across the business.
- Monitoring vendor performance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Tracking supplier capacity against production demand to support effective planning.
- Maintaining production tracking systems and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborating with freight forwarders and suppliers to achieve on-time handovers.
- Producing and analysing reports to identify trends risks and opportunities across production operations.
- Previous experience in a production manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and reporting.
- Confident working with and analysing large volumes of data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive self-motivated approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a high-performance culture.
- Experience with Power BI.
- SAP or ERP system experience.
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software experience.
- Degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
- CIPS qualification (or working towards).
- Experience within a high-volume fast-paced production function.
Onsite Collaboration: Due to the hands-on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Product & Supply Chain team we have a minimum expectation of FOUR days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ. This ensures we can work closely together to innovate problem-solve and deliver world-class products for our community.
