As a Production Manager you will lead daily manufacturing operations ensuring safe efficient and high-quality production. You will drive team performance and continuous improvement while maintaining operational excellence across safety quality and cost.
- Manage daily production plans and activities.
- Optimise workforce and production efficiency.
- Drive improvements in safety quality and cost.
- Ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
- Lead and develop production teams.
- Monitor performance and budgets.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
- Technical degree in engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with lean methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma 5S TPM).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to plan prioritise and deliver results.
- Analytical organised and results-driven mindset.
