Were looking for a hardworking and reliable Production Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen team with food preparation organisation and maintaining the highest hygiene standards. What Youll Be Doing:

• Assisting with food preparation supporting chefs in making fresh high-quality
• Following recipes & portioning ingredients ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Maintaining kitchen organisation keeping a clean efficient and well-stocked workspace.
• Assisting with stock control supporting stock checks ordering deliveries and waste reduction.
• Following food safety & hygiene standards keeping a safe and compliant kitchen at all times.
• Working as part of a team supporting colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.

What Were Looking For:

• Hardworking & reliable team player with experience in a kitchen or food production environment (preferred but not essential).
• A passion for fresh food excited to be part of a kitchen that delivers quality ingredients and products.
• An organised & detail-oriented worker able to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
  
• A fast-paced operator able to work efficiently under pressure.
• A flexible & adaptable attitude happy to work weekends and peak periods like school holidays.
