Job Summary
About the Role
You will manage a defined product tower overseeing systems and
application development configuration maintenance and lifecycle support acrossassigned institutional functions.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing prioritisation and coordination of system /application software
management activities.
Monitoring managing and coordinating all IT hardware support and maintenance.
Ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and addressing performance issues.
Conducting demand analysis and aligning capacity with institutional priorities.
Supporting system design upgrades security and disaster recovery planning.
Coordinating reactive support maintenance and change implementation.
Managing supplier relationships in line with contractual obligations.
Providing operational leadership to Technicians and Systems Analysts.
Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure our systems and services align to
business needs and are utilised affectively.
