What youll be doing

As Product Owner youll be responsible for translating business and customer needs into actionable product initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

Youll:

• Own and prioritise the product backlog ensuring focus on the highest value opportunities.
• Work closely with Engineering UX Data Commercial and Operational teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Gather insights from users stakeholders and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Define user stories acceptance criteria and product requirements that enable successful delivery.
• Support the creation and execution of product roadmaps aligned to strategic objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion Agile ways of working and act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Help shape the future direction of our marketplace platform and customer journey.

What were looking for

Youll bring:

• Experience working as a Product Owner Product Manager or similar digital product role.
• A strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and translating requirements into user stories.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to use data and insights to support decision making.
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to challenge constructively.

Ideally youll also have experience in:

• Marketplace platforms
• eCommerce
• Digital products
• SaaS solutions
• Platform ecosystems
• API and integration-led products
