Position Summary

As a Product Manager atFoodsteps you will play a key role in shaping and evolving a product that helps organizations measure and reduce the environmental impact of their food choices.

You will contribute across the full product lifecyclefrom discovery and technical design to implementation testing release and ongoing support. Working in a Scrum environment you will define prioritize and communicate user stories ensuring the teamremainsfocused on delivering high-value solutions for customers.

In this role you will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and a product designer in a fast-paced agile setting. With frequent releases and strong cross-team alignment you will have the opportunity to make meaningful visible contributions to both the product and the overall customer experience.

WhatYou WillDo:

• Talk to customers and internalexperts andanalysedata to understand the needs of different markets and personasidentifyopportunities and shape products that create value for our customers and the business.

• Createprioritiseand communicate user stories in a Scrum environment helping the team focus on delivering the highest-value solutions to our customers.

• Collaborate within a small team of product design and engineering colleagues to buildlaunchand continuously improve our suite of products.

• Partner closely with our Product Designer providing feedback on ideasprototypesand designs.

• Test new features beforelaunch helping toidentifyissues and ensure a high-quality experience for our customers.

• Work alongside the Head of Product to contribute to product visionstrategyand roadmap planning gaining exposure to how product decisions are made in a technology company

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability toempathiseand work with users and colleagues with a wide range of backgroundsexperiencesand motivations

• Ability to impartiallyanalysedata confidently question popular thinking and justify decisions

• Expereincewith Scrummethodology
