The ISO 20022 Adoption team is looking for an experienced Product Manager with deep technical expertise to lead the end-to-end planning execution and alignment of product dependencies critical to the success of the ISO programme and the delivery of upcoming standards releases.

Experience

  • At least 5 years experience in a financial operations product or service development/project planning/management position.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Alignment: Define and maintain the product roadmap required to support ISO programme objectives and upcoming standards releases.
  • Cross-Product Dependency Management:Coordinate product technology and operational dependencies across teams to ensure timely and aligned delivery.
  • Product Definition & Requirements:Translate customer needs and business priorities into clear product requirements and implementation plans.
  • Technical Readiness:Assess the impact of changes and drive technical readiness across affected products and services.
  • Programme Execution & Release Readiness:Lead product readiness activities managing risks milestones and dependencies to support successful releases.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Governance: Drive alignment and decision-making across product engineering operations and commercial stakeholders.
  • Adoption & Continuous Improvement:Monitor adoption customer feedback and operational performance to guide product evolution and roadmap decisions.
