About the BlackRock Returner Program

The Returner Program is designed to encourage and support a return to full-time work through a six-month paidReturnshipstarting in September 2026. The returner program acts as a feeder to full-time permanent employment (subject to individual performance and market conditions).

Eligibility criteria:

Our Product Management Office sits withinPlatform andsupports our engineering community by delivering well-defined products with clear roadmaps and efficient and reliable delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Product Manager within Platform you willbe responsible fordriving the transformation and delivery of services and capabilities that support Aladdin. You will define and own the product vision roadmap and success metrics and will build relationships to develop a community of internal teams and senior leaders to influence prioritisation and execution alignment.

DesiredSkillsAndExperience

• Product or programme management experience of 2 years leading all aspects of development from vision to delivery and adoption.

• Technical understanding of SDLC DevOps ServiceNow or similar

• Can navigate ambiguity with ease

• Experience in defining specific features at a detailed level and delivering technology implementations using agile development methodologies.

• Demonstrates strong teamwork values and an ability to work as part of a geographically diverse team.

• Communicates effectively shares compelling stories with senior leaders and encourages teams to envision new possibilities.

• Strong analytical approach and ability to use sound data and logic to make compelling arguments.

• A bias toward action and a proventrack recordof delivering at rapid speed.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)
