Mixed Tax Manager (Remote)
TPF Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a modern independent accountancy practice in their search for a Remote Mixed Tax Manager or Corporate Tax Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking firm of around 25 people that has embraced remote working offering genuine flexibility alongside interesting and varied tax work.
Youll manage a diverse portfolio of owner managed business clients providing both compliance and advisory services across a broad range of tax matters.
The position offers exposure to:
- Personal Tax
- Corporate Tax
- Tax Advisory
- R&D Tax Relief
- EIS & SEIS
- EMI Schemes
- Owner Managed Business advisory work
Whilst the role includes an element of compliance there is a strong emphasis on developing and delivering high quality advisory services.
This is a progressive independent practice with a relaxed and collaborative culture. The team is made up of both remote and office based employees who work closely together through regular video meetings.

Although the role is fully remote the team enjoys occasional meet ups at locations across the UK for company events training and social gatherings. They also have a London office available for client meetings when required.
Requirements
Mixed Tax Manager (Remote)
Were keen to hear from candidates who have experience in either mixed tax or corporate tax and are looking for a role with greater flexibility and long term progression.
You might be:
- ATT CTA ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)
- Currently working as a Tax Manager Assistant Manager or experienced Tax Senior
- Looking for a genuinely remote opportunity without compromising on the quality of your work
- Passionate about providing practical advice to owner managed businesses

Required Skills:
ATT and CTA ACA ACCA or STEP qualified Previous experience operating at a senior level within tax Proven experience in client handling - ability to provide a high level of client relationship that is vital to this role. Proven tax experience in producing high quality work on complex UK tax matters within budget. Tax experience from a practice background would be a distinct advantage- either in an independent or Top 100 practice.
