Product Inventory Specialist

Were recruiting for a Product Inventory Specialist to join a leading tour operator supporting the setup and management of holiday products across internal systems.

Location: Hybrid Sutton Surrey (office & home-based)

Type: Full-time permanent

The role:

Reporting to the Inventory Manager youll ensure holiday inventory costs and availability are accurately loaded and maintained. Youll work closely with Product Yield Tech and Finance teams to ensure all products are ready to sell and performing correctly.

Key responsibilities:

• Load and maintain tours flights and costs in internal systems
• Verify tour accuracy across all sales channels
• Update pricing itineraries and inventory as needed
• Liaise with Tech and third-party suppliers on setup and configuration
• Investigate and resolve booking and data issues
• Support system testing and maintain accurate records
