About the role

As our Product Coordinator youll play a key role in bringing exciting travel products and campaigns to life. Reporting to the Head of Product youll work in a fast-paced collaborative environment to load manage and promote exclusive travel packages across our website and agent this role you will:

• Load and maintain travel packages promotions and website content

• Ensure product pricing availability and booking flows are accurate across web and mobile platforms

• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and product launches

• Monitor product performance and provide regular reporting and insights

• Maintain agent booking guides communications and support materials

• Assist agents with product-related queries and escalations

• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to support product development

About you

Youre an organised proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for the travel industry. You thrive in a fast-moving environment enjoy problem-solving and are confident managing multiple priorities while delivering a high standard of work. Youll bring:

• At least 3 years experience in a Product Supply or similar role within the travel industry

• Strong knowledge of travel products and product support processes

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with agents suppliers and internal teams

• Confidence working with computer systems and learning new platforms quickly (GDS experience preferred)

• A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
