Product & Business Analytics Intern

Fall 2026 Internship:This position is located at our HQ in Durham NC. Expected program dates are September 14 December 4 2026. Anticipated working hours will be 20-30 per week. Final hours and schedule will be determined between the intern and their manager.

Introduction:

The Product & Business Analytics Intern contributes within the Hardware and System Software product portfolio team to learn and aid with assessing data across multiple operational areas to drive the creation of accurate business metrics to measure product quality revenue and gross profit. Enable integrations and automations to drive dashboards for product-level governance.

Must Have:

• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule including on-site work at our Durham NC headquarters.
• Strong data analytics skills
• Education in Business Management

Responsibilities:

• Learn about TGCS product offerings and how they are sold fulfilled warrantied and serviced.
• Review systems databases in Warranty Service Support and Sales. Assess data integrity and determine the data that can be used to generate KPIs at the product-level. Assist in the formulation of the KPIs.
• Participate in the design development implementation and testing of automated dashboards that the Product Teams can use to track their KPIs and drive actionable insights (product views customer views geography views etc)

Required Skills:

• Currently pursuing business major in Undergraduate Studies
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced team-based environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem determination and resolution attention to detail teamwork and excellent communication skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to read write and speak English proficiently

Preferred Skills:

• Database integrations Data aggregation AI Data analysis
• Ability to use code versioning tools like Git SVN etc.
• Software development experience with Java C or similar
• Modern web development experience including application of HTML5 JavaScript CSS and various JS frameworks such as Angular React or .
