The Role

As a Product Analyst within Capcos Product & Experience practice you will support the definition development and scaling of digital products for leading financial services and energy clients. Working alongside Product Managers engineers designers and data specialists you will help translate business needs into product features and contribute to the delivery of impactful customer experiences.

You will play a key role inanalysinguser needs supporting product decision-making and helping clients unlock value from emerging technologies including data automation and AI capabilities within complex and regulated environments.

WhatYoullDo

• Conduct research data analysis and market assessment to inform product decisions andidentifycustomer needs.
• Support roadmap planning backlog managementprioritisation and user story development alongside Product Managers.
• Map business processes and document current-state and future-state requirements with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the identification and definition of AI-enabled use cases including benefits and implementation considerations.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions capturing requirements decisions actions and product documentation.

WhatWereLooking For

• 23 years experience in product management business analysis or a related digital or technology role.
• Experience or strong academic grounding in delivering digital products within B2B B2C or B2B2C environments ideally in financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical product outcomes.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams and engaging with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Highlyorganisedwith strong attention to detail curiosity about emerging technologies and a desire to develop within a consulting environment.

Bonus Points For

• Exposure todata-driven AI-enabled or platform-based products through professional academic or personal projects.
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as machine learning large language models or agentic systems.
• Experience supporting product delivery in regulated industries.
• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and product management practices.
