IT Procurement & Third Party Manager:At Ageas were looking for a commercially minded and highlyproactive Procurement & Third-Party Manager to join our growing team. Thisis an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional who canconfidently manage technology and business supplier relationships from sourcingand contract negotiation through to performance management and ongoinggovernance. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our suppliers deliver valueinnovation resilience and excellent service to support key business andtechnology objectives.

This role requires someone who can operate with a highdegree of independence while confidently challenging stakeholders when neededto achieve the right commercial and operational outcomes. Managing a portfolioof IT technology and business service suppliers that underpin our day-to-dayoperations youll be responsible for driving cost efficiencies managing riskstrengthening supplier performance and ensuring compliance within a regulatedenvironment.

Youll bring experience in IT procurement supplier andcategory management contract negotiation third-party risk management andprocurement transformation. You will be comfortable operating across strategicand operational activities identifying opportunities to improve supplierperformance enhance governance create efficiencies and increase the valueprocurement brings to the wider business. Above all youll be a resilientresults-driven professional who thrives on building strong partnerships and deliveringmeaningful commercial outcomes.

Main Responsibilities as Procurement & Third Party Manager:

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across IT technology and business service categories.
• Manage a portfolio of third-party suppliers including technology software and service providers.
• Drive supplier performance governance and service delivery.
• Deliver savings cost efficiencies and commercial value.
• Partner with and challenge stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.

Skills and experience you need as Procurement & Third Party Manager::

• Strong procurement and sourcing experience including IT and technology categories.
• Experience operating within a regulated Financial Services environment with a strong understanding of third-party risk management supplier governance data protection operational resilience and business continuity requirements.
• Proven supplier and third-party management expertise within IT.
• Experience negotiating technology software cloud and managed service agreements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
