Procurement Specialist

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for anexperienced procurement professional with a strong background in renewable energy capable of operating across technicalcommercialand strategic dimensions.

You will play a key role in managing end-to-end procurement activities across PV and BESS projects acting as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external suppliers and ensuring procurement processes are robustefficientand aligned with businessobjectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes (RFQs / RFPs / tenders) from strategy definition to contract award in close coordination with internal stakeholders

• Support and execute procurement strategies aligned with project and portfolioobjectives ensuring adherence to internal policies and governance frameworks

• Manage relationships with key suppliers and contractors (EPCs OEMs BESS integrators) acting as a primary point of contact for commercial matters

• Coordinate supplier onboardingqualificationand homologation processes ensuring a robust and reliable supplier base

• Support andparticipatein commercial negotiations including the development of MSAs and Framework Agreements with strategic partners

• Conduct market analysis on supplierstechnologiesand cost trends (PV & BESS)maintainingawareness of industry developments and supply chain risks

To be successful in this role you willdemonstrate:

• Time management & prioritization skills- things can get a little hectic so the ability to effectively manage yourself and your workload is critical

• Excellent communication skills (in English or/and other European languages)-you must be able to organize your thoughts in a way that others find clear and compelling. You will be expected toputtogether well-written grammatically correct emails and other communications. When communicating verbally whether over the phone on video calls in person or meetings you will need to be articulatewarmand engaging.

• Flexibilityand proactivity- being an effective team player means being flexible in your approach and open to getting involved with new things even if they are notspeltout in your job description.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of experience in procurement sourcing or supply chain within Renewable energy (IPP developer fund utility) or EPC/construction/energy environments

• Strong experience in utility-scale PV and/or BESS procurement is highly desirable

• Experience working with procurement systems ( SAP Ariba Coupa)

• Proven experience managing RFQs/ RFPs and supplier negotiations through procurement systems

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end sourcing events from RFQ/RFP launch through evaluationnegotiationand contract award

• Proven experience negotiating commercial contracts frameworkagreementsand strategic supplier partnerships

• Experience working with international suppliers and cross-functional teams ideally across EuropeAsiaand North America

• The right to work inSpain.
