Job Summary
Our Work Matters:At Kindeva we make products that save lives ensuring better health and well-being for patients around the Impact You Will Make:You will be accountable for the execution of procurement activities including negotiations preparation of electronic requests for proposals and electronic auctions and value capture administration whilst supporting global procurement efforts across the Corporation for Capital and Engineering will develop strong working relationships within the procurement team and key stakeholders to ensure appropriate inputs and outputs and compliance with Category will effectively enable Business Units and functional partners to maximise their value and exceed their objectives by driving the flow of information and providing guidance for best-in-class Procurement activities Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Adhere to and promote the Global Procurement Organisation model in all the Category Manager of Capital & Engineering Services to execute global sourcing activities throughout the the effective execution of procurement activities including preparation of electronic Requests for Proposal and electronic auctions value capture administration and transactional order with Finance business partners throughout all aspects of the capital approval review and procurement environmental and sustainability principles in all procurement detailed negotiation plans and conduct effective an environment of continual value creation with a world-class supply cost-savings and cost avoidance manage risk through partnership and contractual arrangements follow policy process and governance for negotiations contract approval and execution adhering to procurement new sources of goods and services for the working capital of the Corporation using a variety of strategies such as leasing agreements and extended payment business case reports to record projects which create value for the relevant KPIs and KRIs are met or tiered pricing wherever possible for unit volume a Communication Plan for information flows to and from all in internal and external meetings in line with the Communication sourcing is conducted on a global scale to create value from total costs of ownership whilst maximizing Value to the management reports as leadership in the observance of site safety business with the highest level of integrity ensuring compliance with the Code of Ethics and Business & Experience:Bachelors Degree.
