Job Summary
Our Procurement Project Coordinator plays a key role in delivering procurement led projects and managing supplier driven changesthat impact raw and packaging materials for our act as the essential link between the Nottingham siteGlobal Procurement and the supplier providing dedicated local support across a wide range of procurement activities.

- Support on the implementation of raw material and packaging suppliers collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure supply continuity and deliver against costsaving targets.
- Work on project updates and status reports for the stakeholders clearly highlighting key risks that may impact service levels or cost performance and also take lead on projects to enhance learning and growth.
- Manage supplierdriven changes through the QualityOne system ensuring all data is accurate and all activities are completed within required timelines.
- Strengthen and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers leveraging available tools and crossfunctional insights to support continuous improvement.
- Support and eventually taken control of the monthly PPV reporting process and relative activities summarising key drivers versus plan and outlining the impact of procurement-led initiatives on site PPV performance.
- Support local portfolio purchasing activities and associated processes including the coordination and management of contracts with thirdparty suppliers where required.
- 2years of experience in procurement or project based roles (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- High skill on Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP
- Autonomous independent to take decisions
