Procure-to-Pay Specialist

A great 12 month opportunity to join our Procurement Operations team supporting colleagues across the business and helping ensure buying activity is efficient wellgoverned and customerfocused. Youll play a key role in keeping our procuretopay processes running smoothly providing highquality support and helping teams make the right purchasing decisions.

What youll be doing:

• Managing requisition queues and progressing purchase order approvals in line with policy

• Following up on queries and correcting documentation to keep transactions accurate and compliant

• Delivering highquality procurement process support that enables users to work within risk guidelines

• Supporting colleagues to adopt and follow procurement processes standards and best practice

• Capturing data accurately and on time to maintain strong data integrity

• Working closely with Accounts Payable to reduce PO exceptions and improve PO penetration

• Guiding business users through the purchase order and ordering process in line with company requirements

• Ensuring procurement activity linked to external customer delivery aligns with Consumer Duty commitments

• Experience engaging and supporting a range of stakeholders

• Ability to navigate conflict or resistance constructively especially during change

• Digital confidence and familiarity with procurement or buying processes

• Working knowledge of Procurement / P2P tools such as Oracle SAP or Workday
