Due to continued growth our client a specialist engineering consultancy delivering medium and small-scale projects across the dairy food and wider process industries is looking to appoint an experienced Process Project Engineer. This Process Project Engineer role is based in Belfast with project travel across the UK and Europe. The successful Process Project Engineer will work across the full project lifecycle from initial design through to commissioning across a varied and growing project portfolio.

The Role:
Thermal chemical and hydraulic process design across a range of unit operations
Preparation of plant layouts piping isometrics and equipment designs for evaporation drying and dairy processing installations
Budget preparation cost estimation and cost control
Site supervision of contractors across live project environments
Involvement in plant commissioning and client staff training at start-up stages
Compliance with health and safety policies and active participation in site safety processes
The Person:
Degree in Chemical Engineering Process Engineering or a related discipline
Experience in food dairy or FMCG manufacturing environments
Strong process design fundamentals across relevant unit operations
Ability to work on client sites across the UK and Europe as required
Organised self-motivated and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
