About the role

As a Process Lead at KP Snacks youll play a key role in driving manufacturing performance through data problem-solving and continuous improvement. Working closely with the Line Lead and Maintenance Lead youll be responsible for Daily Management System (DMS) processes helping identify and eliminate losses while building capability across the production team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing performance improving processes and coaching others. Youll use structured problem-solving techniques to identify opportunities recommend solutions and support the delivery of operational excellence. Through collaboration data-driven decision making and a continuous improvement mindset youll help maximise line performance improve efficiency and ensure sustainable results.

What will you be doing

• Owning and developing Daily Management Systems by leading Centre Line Management and Changeover DMS activities that improve line performance consistency and operational efficiency

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives through health checks data analysis and structured problem-solving to identify equipment and process opportunities

• Coaching and building capability across the team by working closely with Equipment Owners Line Leads and colleagues to share best practice and support skills development

• Reducing losses and improving performance through the identification and elimination of machine losses optimisation of changeovers and implementation of sustainable countermeasures

• Using data to support decision making by analysing trends improving reporting systems and providing recommendations that enhance operational performance

• Strong process and problem-solving capability with the ability to analyse data identify root causes and implement effective solutions

• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the confidence to collaborate across teams coach colleagues and support positive change

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools to analyse performance track improvements and communicate findings effectively

• A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for learning developing new skills and driving operational excellence

• Experience within a manufacturing environment and an understanding of performance improvement equipment reliability or production processes

• A collaborative and positive approach that reflects KP Snacks values encourages teamwork and supports a culture of ownership and accountability
