Werelooking for an experienced Process & Compliance Manager to join our business and play a critical role in shaping how we plan control and challenge financial performance across a significant portfolio of investment.

Whatyoullbe doing

As Process & Compliance Manageryoullstep into a seniorhands-onrole responsible for ensuring that the organisation operates in full compliance with applicable laws regulations and internal policies. This role oversees regulatory compliance statutory and internal reporting and broader business and commercial compliance across all functions. The Process & Compliance Manager will act as a key advisor to senior management embedding a strong compliance culture.

Youllbe a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working at scale influencingdecisionsand making a tangible impact through insight and leadership.

  • Proven experience in a compliance risk or regulatory role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance practices.
  • Experience in compliance reporting and audit management.
  • Understanding of commercial and business compliance risks.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Professional certifications (e.g. ICA CRCM CAMS or equivalent).
  • Confidence working with large interconnected data sets translating complexity into clear actionable recommendations for decisionmakers.
  • A decisive resilient approach able to prioritise manage competing demands and deliver under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
  • A curiousforward-thinkingmindset someone who challenges the status quo looks for better ways of working and brings fresh thinking to complex problems.
  • It is great if you have experience in a regulated environment such as utilitiesinfrastructureor public sector or a genuine interest in developing this experience.
