What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting patients with enquiries via telephone email and face-to-face interactions.
• Guiding self-pay and private medical insurance patients through their treatment options and pathways.
• Converting enquiries into appointments diagnostics and admissions through a consultative and patient-centred approach.
• Providing accurate quotations booking appointments and processing payments.
• Building strong relationships with consultants medical secretaries and hospital colleagues to ensure outstanding patient experiences.
• Supporting patients with financing options and helping them make informed decisions about their care.
• Using a range of digital systems and tools to manage enquiries effectively and efficiently.
