At Spire Norwich Hospital we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Private Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships supporting patients through important healthcare decisions and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
As the first point of contact for many of our self-pay and insured patients youll play a vital role in guiding them through their healthcare journey providing expert support clear information and a seamless experience from enquiry through to treatment.
What Youll Be Doing
- Supporting patients with enquiries via telephone email and face-to-face interactions.
- Guiding self-pay and private medical insurance patients through their treatment options and pathways.
- Converting enquiries into appointments diagnostics and admissions through a consultative and patient-centred approach.
- Providing accurate quotations booking appointments and processing payments.
- Building strong relationships with consultants medical secretaries and hospital colleagues to ensure outstanding patient experiences.
- Supporting patients with financing options and helping them make informed decisions about their care.
- Using a range of digital systems and tools to manage enquiries effectively and efficiently.
