Our client is looking to recruit a generalist Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established team with an abundance of quality work. You will manage a broad caseload across wills probate LPAs and estates with the chance to deepen your expertise and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

This role offers a varied interesting caseload and the support of experienced colleagues. You will work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and will be encouraged to take a proactive client-focused approach including cross-referrals and business development activity.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing a mixed private client caseload including wills probate and estate administration

• Drafting lasting powers of attorney and advising clients on capacity-related issues

• Providing clear practical advice and maintaining excellent client care throughout

• Handling matters efficiently and accurately in line with quality and risk management procedures

• Building strong relationships with clients and referrers across the local market

• Supporting cross-referrals by introducing clients to colleagues in other practice areas where appropriate

• Contributing to business development activity networking and profile raising

What Were Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with private client experience (ideally 4 to 6 years PQE or equivalent)

• Strong technical grounding across wills probate LPAs and estates

• A genuine interest in providing holistic high-quality advice across a broad range of private client work

• Confident client relationship skills and a proactive service-led approach

• Comfortable contributing to business development and cross-referrals

• Organised reliable and able to manage a varied caseload effectively
