Private Client Solicitor Middlesbrough / Redcar Competitive Salary Bonus
Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a role where you can take ownership of your work build long-term client relationships and have genuine scope to develop your career
Were looking for a solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join a growing Private Client team in Middlesbrough or Redcar. Youll join an established department with a loyal client base and a varied caseload offering plenty of opportunity to develop your expertise and make your mark.
What youll be doing:
Managing your own varied caseload across wills probate powers of attorney trusts and Court of Protection applications
Advising clients on a range of private client matters providing clear practical and commercially aware advice
Building strong trusted relationships with clients and delivering a consistently high standard of client care
Working with high-net-worth individuals farming clients and estate planning matters where your experience allows
Having the opportunity to develop a mixed contentious and non-contentious probate caseload if you have the relevant experience and are interested in doing so
Contributing to the continued growth of the department through business development and networking activities
Working collaboratively with colleagues while taking responsibility for your own files and workload
Requirements
What were looking for:
A qualified Private Client Solicitor with 3 years PQE
Solid experience managing your own caseload across a broad range of private client matters
Strong technical knowledge of wills probate trusts powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
STEP Diploma would be advantageous
Experience with HNW clients estate planning or agricultural/farming clients would be desirable
Strong interpersonal and client care skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
Self-motivated organised and confident working both independently and as part of a team
Commercially minded and willing to get involved in business development
