Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (Wills Trusts LPAs & Estate Administration)

Location: Kettering

Salary: 55000 to 75000

Experience: 5 years PQE (guide)

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to join a well-established private client team in Kettering.

This is a key hire into a busy and growing department offering high-quality work a strong existing client base and the chance to play a supportive leadership role within the team.

The role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis.

What Youll Be Doing

You will manage a varied private client caseload likely to include:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

• Inheritance Tax planning

• Trust creation and administration

In addition to running your own files you will:

• Support and supervise junior members of the team

• Provide technical guidance to colleagues

• Help maintain high standards of client care and compliance within the department

• Work closely with the Head of Team and contribute to a collaborative team environment

What Were Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

• Ideally 5 years PQE (as a guide flexibility considered)

• Strong technical knowledge across wills probate estate administration IHT and trusts

• Confident supporting and supervising junior colleagues

• Organised commercially aware and approachable

• Enjoys building relationships with clients and professional referrers

• STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential
