A well-established and reputable Basildon law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team. This permanent full-time role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

The successful candidate will handle Wills Probate Estate Administration Trusts and LPAs providing clear practical and client-focused advice from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a busy Private Client caseload.

• Draft Wills LPAs and other legal documents.

• Handle estate administration from start to finish.

• Advise clients on Wills Probate and Trust matters.

• Liaise with clients beneficiaries financial institutions and third parties.

• Maintain accurate case records and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Deliver excellent client care and support junior team members where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3 years PQE in Private Client law.

• Strong experience in Wills Probate and Trusts.

• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.

• Excellent drafting communication and organisational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm.
Location: Basildon office.
Position: Permanent.
