Location: Manchester

Salary: 95000 to 140000

Experience: Partner level (salary partner with a modest client following)

What Youll Be Doing

You will take a lead role in growing the Private Client offering in Manchester with the autonomy and trust to make decisions and drive outcomes.

Key parts of the role will include:

• Advising individuals families and business owners on a broad range of private client matters

• Handling complex wills trusts and estate planning work including succession and long-term planning

• Advising on probate and estate administration matters including higher value and more complex estates

• Supporting colleagues across the wider firm with private wealth and succession considerations

• Building and strengthening client relationships with meaningful influence over service delivery

• Playing an active role in shaping team direction business development activity and the wider growth strategy

• Mentoring and developing colleagues helping to build a high-performing quality-led culture

What Were Looking For

Were looking for a Partner who combines strong technical ability with commercial instinct and a people-first approach.

Youll ideally bring:

• Partner level experience in Private Client (or a Senior Associate or Legal Director ready for partnership)

• A modest client following or a clear and credible plan to build one quickly

• Strong experience advising clients directly with the confidence to lead relationships and deliver a high-touch service

• A practical solutions-led style with a focus on clarity efficiency and high quality outcomes

• The ability to work independently while enjoying a collaborative supportive environment
