Print Machine Operative (FTC) Exciting Opportunity!

Were looking for a Print Machine Operative to join our production team on a Fixed Term Contract working a rotating days/noons shift supporting a key area of the production line.

The role will involve some labouring heavy lifting and following set processes to ensure company quality standards are achieved.

Operating either a 2 colour or 6 colour Malkin Print Machine the role involves placing biscuit flatware onto the machine in order for a bomb to print a variety of patterns.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Bomb print flatware on either of our 5 Malkin print machines
• Achieve quality targets set for the department
• Achieve count targets set for individual items
• Input ware count dockets onto our IT system
• Work as an individual and as part of a team
• Be responsible for the cleanliness of your work area
• Ensure Polymers/Steels and Bombs stock taking is followed to departmental standards
• Be flexible in their approach to a fast paced working environment
