Job Summary
Job Title: Principal Digital Business Readiness ManagerFunction: D & T - Customer Digital Experience TeamLocation: Hybrid working - based in ourNottingham officeContract type: PermanentSalary: 60994 with potential to rise to 71758 over 3 yearsClosing Date: Thursday 3 September 2026We have an exciting opportunity within NHS Supply Chain for a Business Readiness Manager to join our Digital Experience part of the Digital Experience team you will be responsible for owning the definition and implementation of business processes and support activity to successfully integrate our digital experience platform capability into both business and customer environment by leading all readiness activities and ensuring the business are prepared for the changes using change methodology such as ADKAR as well as creating materials to support the user experience once the change is day you will Own the definition and implementation of business processes to successfully integrate our digital experience platforms capability into both business and customer business readiness assessments within the project and create plans to manage any gaps across the business training or communication needs prioritising resource against potential impact to business closely with the project and programme teams to deliver change and collaborating with all business areas to ensure a joined-up experience for end users highlighting any risks feedback or potential opportunities.
