An inclusive primary academy in Bristol is seeking a strong Year 6 Teacher to cover a current staffing requirement. The school is looking for someone who can quickly establish positive relationships and maintain high expectations.
The Role
Year 6: Take responsibility for teaching a Year 6 class.
Preparation: Plan effectively for pupils working at different attainment levels.
Assessment: Monitor progress and prepare pupils for the transition to secondary education.
Inclusion: Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
The Candidate
QTS.
KS2 teaching experience.
Excellent understanding of Year 6 expectations.
Strong behaviour management.
Experience supporting SEND pupils would be advantageous.
