The Role

As Premises Manager youll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the school site ensuring it remains safe secure clean and well maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the security of the school site

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs

  • Overseeing health and safety compliance

  • Liaising with contractors and external suppliers

  • Managing planned and reactive maintenance

  • Ensuring the school buildings and grounds are well presented

  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school

About You

The school is looking for someone with previous school premises caretaking or facilities management experience.

Youll be proactive organised and confident working independently while managing a busy and varied workload. A good understanding of health and safety procedures and a practical hands-on approach are essential.

Salary & Benefits
