Role Information
You will oversee the maintenance security and overall management of the school site. Responsibilities include managing a small premises team ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations liaising with contractors and leading planned and reactive maintenance works. You will work closely with the Business Manager to ensure the school runs safely and efficiently every day.
Experience and Qualifications
Experience in site or facilities management (school experience desirable)
Strong understanding of health and safety and statutory maintenance requirements
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Trade qualification or equivalent experience preferred
Salary
Paid according to experience and local support staff pay scale
