Premises Manager – Modern Secondary Academy in Milton Keynes

• Premises Manager leading the estates caretaking and cleaning teams

This senior operational role involves managing site compliance overseeing external contractor schedules handling premises budgets writing risk assessments and ensuring full readiness for internal and local authority health & safety audits.

You will manage the caretaking teams shift cycles track utility consumption metrics and execute a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule. You will take direct accountability for keeping immaculate legally compliant statutory testing logsincluding water safety tests (Legionella prevention) fire door integrity audits emergency lighting diagnostics and physical site security checks.
