Premises Manager – Leeds, North Yorkshire

This dynamic primary school requires a dedicated Premises Manager to oversee the daily security and operational efficiency of its facilities. The school needs a hands-on manager who is proactive about minor repairs and ensuring the premisesincluding playgrounds and classroomsare consistently safe and welcoming for young pupils.

• Operational Overseer: Leading the daily site schedules coordinating cleaning staff and managing access to the building.
• Safety & Security: Full responsibility for key holding managing alarm systems and executing daily statutory H&S checks.
• Repair Responder: Managing planned and reactive maintenance across the site ensuring all minor repairs are completed efficiently.

• Essential Requirements: Proven experience in a premises or site management role and familiarity with primary school operations.
• Salary Range: Competitive salary (ranging from 30000 - 36000 per annum).
