Our client is seeking a professional practically minded and exceptionally organised Premises Manager to join their senior support team immediately. This is a full-time year-round leadership position ideal for an estates supervisor or facility manager looking to coordinate daily caretaking operations capital projects contractor tenders and health & safety compliance across a modern campus.

You will manage the caretaking teams shift cycles supervise external mechanical and electrical contractors track utility consumption metrics and execute a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule. You will take direct accountability for keeping immaculate legally compliant statutory testing logsincluding water safety tests (Legionella prevention) fire door integrity audits emergency lighting diagnostics and asbestos monitoring.
